BLUE

I popped by Weekday today and I love when you can get perfect spring pumps on Sale! The colour is great with denim, and when they are only 100nkr, who can say no?

INTRICATE TAILORING

In the beginning of October, you can get a hold of the latest collaboration between WEEKDAY and BRUNO PIETERS.  Belgian-born, graduated from the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp in 1999. He has since then worked for various designers and creative director for HUGO and  Delvaux. Award winning and also mentioned by Suzy Menkes as “intriguing new talent (2001), and by Dries van Noten as “promising new designer” (2006).

-The materials are stonewashed silk, in combination with wool mixes, modal and cotton…

…Navy, black, brown, nudes and ivory whites create a natural and delicate colour palette. These are the main components in this both innovative and unique concept collection.

STINE GOYA + WEEKDAY

One of my favorite designers STINE GOYA is yet again teaming up with WEEKDAY this spring (another favorite for cheap cool basics) . Do not miss it for the world! WEEKDAY SHOPS MID APRIL 2011.

Stine Goya ss2011 + Weekday ss2011

“My latest collection for Weekday creates a contrasting mood that is soft and feminine with a confident and strong attitude. Added details as gold press buttons, zippers, soft shoulder pads and tiny pockets emphasize the playfulness of the collection, says Stine Goya”.
