Full cream long pleated skirt (in the background), a yellow silk and cotton dress-with white croquet, a bright printed flower pants-skirt, a short metallic skirt, a nude and silver lace skirt, a full tutu inspired silk and lace skirt and a really fun beaded bag. It was an interesting approach, where we looked at the similarities and differences of these two Italian designers, and how Miuccia Prada both have been inspired by Schiaparelli throughout her carrer- or you can see it in a way that “great minds think alike”‘. It is also important to be reminded of the genious and creative talent Elsa Shiaparelli was, and how ahead of her time she was, creating timeless and innovating looks, that still feels modern and never dated, even If they were created in the 1930s.

This outfit actually can work as a basic, and you can make several outfits with just changing a few items. 1.Sneakers -more casual //2.White long shirt -more crisp //3.Short full skirt-bare legs, more summery //4. Long olive grey coat-more cool // Always think this way when you shop as well, don’t forget what you have, and how to mix it with your other favorite items.
